For Trans Women (MTF)
Typical medications:
- Estrogen (oral, transdermal, injectable) – promotes breast growth, fat redistribution, skin softening, and reduced muscle mass
- Anti-androgens (e.g., spironolactone, cyproterone acetate) – block testosterone effects
